The difficulties of making it through a Wisconsin winter are not a secret, and when you are trying to keep kids active and entertained, a NEW option for indoor fun and movement is always welcome. This winter, Green Bay welcomes the first state-of-the-art climbing gym to the area, Odyssey Climbing and Fitness.
The facility will is huge, covering about 10,000 square feet with roped climbing walls and bouldering. The roped climbing walls are over 45 feet tall!
Odyssey looks forward to welcoming community members of all skill and interest levels, from first-time climbers to experts. Founder and CEO, Ben Ganther grew up in Wrightstown and is excited to return to the area to create a community while helping Odyssey visitors grow.
What will Odyssey Climbing and Fitness Offer?
Family memberships are available, and programs for kids will include:
- Competition teams
- High school club teams

The space can be reserved for special events, birthday parties, outings, movie nights, and more.
In addition to the climbing facility, Odyssey will offer weight training, cardio machines, yoga, and other group fitness classes.
“Our goal at Odyssey is to meet people where they’re at, whether it’s their first time in or hundredth, to help them connect and grow with the community. Our youth programming will be a big piece of that, we developed it to provide an entry point for kids of all skill and interest levels.”
