Simple Projects to Make at Home

  • Yarn or Tissue Paper FlowersMarigolds are the traditional flower of Day of the Dead
    • Materials: yellow, gold, orange tissue paper or yarn, green pipe cleaners and floral tape or green construction paper, scissors, glue, cardboard
  • Day of the Dead Lanterns
    • Materials: glass jars, paint markers, templates, tape, scissors, candles

    • Dollar store frames, paint, pictures
