Odyssey Climbing + Fitness Summer Camps

Odyssey Climbing and Fitness Youth Camps, Green Bay

Odyssey Climbing + Fitness is Northeast Wisconsin’s ONLY state-of-the-art climbing gym. Climbing + Adventure Camps at Odyssey offer kids the chance to push their boundaries, build relationships, and start their adventure. Campers get in a ton of climbing (duh!), off-wall programs + skill building, snacks and games! Camps run Monday-Friday 9 am-4 pm from June through August.

Building for Kids Children’s Museum, Appleton

The Building for Kids Children’s Museum offers week-long summer camps. Each week, campers will build new skills and explore different weekly themes, all while making new friends along the way. Themes include robotics, sculpture, percussion music, food preparation, painting, and so much more!

Attend all eight weeks or pick and choose which camps your child is most interested in. Half-day and full-day camps are available. Each day, campers will participate in facilitated programming based on the week’s theme as well as free play around the museum.

Spark Your Imagination Summer Camp

Spark Your Imagination Summer Camps at Hearthstone Historic House Museum teach children entering grades 4-7 (ages 9-12) about historic inventors and inventions related to Hearthstone and the Fox Valley using museum resources and a field trip to nearby Vulcan Heritage Park. Once children learn about Appleton’s innovative history, they begin thinking about the invention process using the Invention Convention curriculum provided by the Henry Ford Museum’s Invention Convention Worldwide program. Through FUN educational programming, interactive activities, and experiments, children then identify a problem they wish to solve and leave the camp with a new invention that they came up with all on their own.

This day camp is offered for three sessions—June 24-28 (session 1), July 8-12 (session 2), and July 22-26 (session 3)—and each session meets daily from 9 am – 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley, Appleton & Menasha

The summer programs at the Boys & Girls Club of Appleton and the Boys & Girls Club of Menasha feature a wide-ranging array of fun and exciting programs. Camp is offered all season long with sports and fitness, art activities, small group discussions, leadership and community service, field trips, Trips for Kids, baseball, Summer Brain Gain, and more!

Camp Shioc, Shiocton

Camp Shioc is an Appleton YMCA summer day camp is located on 10 beautiful acres 20 miles northwest of Appleton. Kids can enjoy fishing, paddle boating, kayaking, and canoeing on a stocked fishing pond. They can try our archery range, sports field, and playground areas, along with an outdoor amphitheater for skits and plays.

Girl Scout Camp Winnecomac, Kaukauna

Camp Winnecomac is a hidden gem in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. Surrounded by 1,000 Island Nature Preserve trails. Join for one-day programs or week-long sessions.

Campers at Camp Winnecomac get to experience the outdoors at its best. Camp includes hands-on experiences like archery, team building, field games, exploring nature, art, and campfire cooking.

You don’t have to be a member of a troop to go to Girl Scout camp! All girls are welcome! Those who haven’t joined Girl Scouts will need to become registered members, but that’s really easy!

The Salvation Army Kroc Community Center offers a day camp for learning, playing, swimming, creating, exploring, making new friends, and laughing. Choose from many theme camps based on topics like sports, art, games, STEM, culture, and history.

JA BizTown Summer Camp gives campers the opportunity to jump-start their journey into adulthood through daily lessons, hands-on activities, and team-building games. Students will spend the first 4 days learning key economic concepts and work readiness skills. On Friday they will put their learning to the test as they work together to run JA BizTown. They will operate businesses and experience firsthand the flow of an economy and community.

Camp Onaway is a 6.5-acre island located on the Chain O’ Lakes near Waupaca, Wisconsin. Since 1908, the Brigade has offered camps at Onaway Island as an extension of the Building Leaders program at our building in Neenah. This camp is the ultimate outdoor adventure!

Crazy Eights Hockey Camp is operated by Jinelle Siergiej to help inspire girls to play for the love of the game. Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Academy Summer Camp, Milwaukee

Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Academy Summer Cam is a week-long day camp is open to boys and girls. Camp includes instruction, Brewers game tickets, a V.I.P. day at the ballpark, the opportunity to meet a Brewers player, instruction from a Brewers coach, and a full Brewers uniform. Nike Swim Camp at Lawrence University, Appleton

Nike Swim Camp is held at Lawrence University with Head Swim Coach Andrew Fleek. It is designed for competitive swimmers to improve and refine their stroke technique. Nike Swim Camp’s goal is to teach the things that will make the biggest difference to their performance.

Lawrence University is offering two sessions of overnight, extended day, and day camps.

The summer visual art immersion program at Camp Feather offers a wonderful & fun artistic journey. We will be cultivating creativity in each and every student. By the end, each student will have something to crow about!

Students will spend their time drawing, painting, building, and creating. Each month has a different theme and each week will incorporate a wide variety of projects.

A student could enroll in multiple camps this summer, knowing that each will be a unique experience. Siblings are allowed to enroll, too, regardless of age.

Eco-Explorers Summer Camp at Heckrodt Wetland Reserve, Menasha

The Eco-Explorers Summer Day Camp is designed to teach children about their natural environment through hands-on interactive activities.

During each program, participants will enjoy nature-related activities and crafts. Puppets, games, and stories may also be used to examine our natural world and environmental stewardship. Small group sizes allow children to experience nature with personal direction from our naturalists.

Swift Nature Camp, Minong

Swift Nature Camp focuses on unplugged fun activities, life skills, and new friendships and can offer personalized tutoring for kids who need to stay on their learning paths through the summer. Summer is a time of adventure and fun for children. Summer Camps at Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary include outside playing and exploring, hiking, playing games, doing craft projects, and incorporating live animals into the program.

Happy Horse Days Camp at Oakridge Riding Academy and Beginner Summer Camp. This five-day camp has so many opportunities to try new things in a safe environment.

Lucky Stables operates as a privately owned equestrian facility specifically catering to young riders. Their instructional programs include various disciplines, including English, Western, Dressage, Jumping, and Driving. Rose Tree Farms

Rose Tree Farms offers summer camps catering to both the tiny tot group (ages 4-6) and the youth group (ages 7+). Camps include grooming, tacking, riding, crafts, and lots of horse time.

Wild West Campground & Corral

Wild West Campground & Corral is a horse-focused summer camp with daily activities including riding lessons, approximately 3 hours of daily trail riding, and a complete horse care program.

Sib Camp gives siblings of children with disabilities time to kick back and enjoy the freedom to adventure. Campers share time with peers who truly understand life’s ups and downs with siblings with special needs.

Wisconsin Lions Camp, Rosholt

Wisconsin Lions Camp offers overnight summer camps in an inclusive environment with engaging activities for youth with varying abilities. There are specific camps for kids with diabetes, epilepsy, intellectual disability and autism, hard of hearing, and blind or visually impaired.

This unique sleep-away camp opportunity is provided to campers free of charge thanks to the generosity of Lions Clubs and other donors in Wisconsin.

Timbertop, Rosholt

Timbertop Camp is a Wisconsin summer camp for youth with learning disabilities, differences, and special needs. Timbertop is an overnight camp designed for boys and girls whom their School District has identified as needing extra help for a special learning need. Specific learning disabilities may include OHI, ADHD, ADD, LD, and SLD. Youth receiving support services such as Leveled Learning Intervention (LLI), Reading Support, and Title 1 are also eligible.

Timbertop combines traditional camp activities with extra reading practice and special group activities that deal with learning differences in a structured daily setting. The camp is dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and small-group environment that develops each individual’s spirit, mind, and body. 

Camp is a special place where youth and teens learn about the environment, develop positive values, make meaningful friendships, build positive peer relationships, learn new skills, and increase self-confidence. In our community of caring adults, Timbertop summer camp helps kids grow and find themselves.
