Located just 11 miles southwest of downtown Madison, the Epic Headquarters in Verona is a fun adventure for families looking for things to do with kids near Madison!

This whimsical hidden gem offers self-guided tours of its Verona campus through styled rooms, corridors, hallways, elevators, gardens, and more that seem straight out of a fantasy storybook.
The themed buildings include inspiration from Alice in Wonderland, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the Wizard of Oz, Harry Potter, and more, including:
- Emerald City
- Wizards Academy
- Storybook
- Deep Space and Observatory
- Farm
- Iconic Carousel from Ella’s Deli
Tours are FREE! Plan for about 3 hours of exploration, and it’s wise to grab a meal beforehand. Comfortable walking shoes are a must, as there’s quite a bit of ground to cover. Consider packing a picnic lunch; there are plenty of picturesque spots outdoors to enjoy it. You’ll also want water bottles. Please be aware that there is nowhere to purchase snacks or drinks.
Once on campus, follow the signs for visitors and park in the visitor lot (under the solar panels).

The campus is typically open the following hours, but please confirm on their website or call ahead before visiting to find out about closings due to special events.
