Our area libraries offer some amazing programming for children and families! We gathered up the events for Halloween at the libraries in the Winnefox, OWLS, and Brown County systems. You’ll find free and fun family things to do for Halloween across Northeast Wisconsin libraries in Appleton, Green Bay, Oshkosh and beyond!
