Event Info

Explore art, nature, science, math, literature and more at the Paine this summer! On weekends, Apprentices lead families in drop-in crafts and arts-integrated activities in The Studio as well as outside in the gardens. Families may explore the world through a dragonfly’s eyes, make a mosaic flower pot, create a kaleidoscope to see new views of the colorful gardens, and more!

Inspired by the current exhibition, Louis Comfort Tiffany: Treasures from the Driehaus Collection, the drop-in activities are free with paid admission. Family Weekend Activities take place 11 am to 4 pm every Saturday and Sunday in the summertime, with self-directed activities offered on select Saturdays.

The programs include:
June 30 – July 1: See (and Draw!) Like a Dragonfly
July 7-8: See (and Draw!) Like a Dragonfly
July 14: Self-directed Activities in the Studio
