  1. We love to go to all the different activities the fox valley has to offer and just spending time outdoors together

  2. We’ve only been in wisconsin for a year, so we are really looking forward to exploring all of the outdoor activities the area has to offer!

  3. Our family loves to spend time together at our family cabin in Northern Wisconsin. We enjoy the amenities of our cozy family cabin including roasting marshmallows, cruising the water on our pontoon, exploring trails and hiking and just creating lasting memories together with our immediate and extended family!

  4. Me and my grandsons, love to go to the many Appleton parks and play. What a great place to raise children and enjoy what the parks have to offer. Picnics in the park are so much fun on limited budgets.

  5. Finally my son is ready to water our plants, that s his job He is 4 ! also he picks Sunflowers that are actually dandelions, maple leaves, rides his bike, he is anxious to go the pool too, is so good to have this nice weather and enjoy it.

  6. My girls love to go to summer school. We also like to visit the local libraries. They have fun summer events and we check out books to continue reading while school is out.

  7. Back in 2010 I took my then toddler to Madison Olbrich Botanical Garden for the Butterfly exhibit. My daughter to this day is really intrigued with our winged insects. I wish I could post my favorite photo of her expression watching a butterfly at Olbrich. She’d love to attend this event. As it is we as a family raise Monarch Butterflies to re-release.

  8. Our family loves doing fun weekend outings! The butterfly festival would be something new and fun to do. My 5 year old loves learning about new things. Butterflies would be the next new obsession. 😉

  9. We actually love the butterfly festival. It was the first nonholiday tradition we started at the 2nd annual one! We would have gone the first year but our peanut was only 5 1/2 months old.we even went when our 2nd was only 1 month old!

  10. We love being outside in the summer enjoying as much nature as possible while camping, hiking, biking, looking for bugs & critters, playing sports, etc.

  11. We love doing anything outside- exploring, biking & looking for animals…currently checking milkweed or monarch caterpillars (:
